Welcome to CourtMap. By accessing or using CourtMap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
CourtMap is an online platform operated by Westminster Limited (NZBN: 9429050310319) ("we", "us", "our"). CourtMap helps tennis players across New Zealand find hitting partners and locate tennis clubs. The Service allows registered users to post partner requests, view club information, and coordinate sessions with other players.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use CourtMap. By signing in, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your account credentials with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

CourtMap is a platform to connect players — it does not supervise, verify, or endorse any individual user. You are solely responsible for your own safety when meeting other players. We recommend:
CourtMap is not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the platform.
CourtMap facilitates the process of arranging tennis sessions through session proposals. Once two players confirm a session, each player may optionally share contact information (such as an email address or phone number) directly with the other player to coordinate meeting details.
Contact sharing is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion. You decide what, if anything, you share with another player. CourtMap does not require you to share any contact information.
CourtMap takes no responsibility for communications that occur outside the platform. Once contact details have been exchanged, any subsequent communication — whether by phone, email, messaging apps, or in person — is entirely between you and the other player and is outside CourtMap's scope and control.
By choosing to share your contact information with another user, you accept the risks associated with doing so, including the possibility of unsolicited contact. If you experience harassment or unwanted contact as a result of information shared via CourtMap, you may report the user within the app and contact us at hello@courtmap.nz.
Requests to play are visible to all CourtMap users and expire automatically after 14 days. You may delete your own requests at any time from your profile. Requests must represent genuine intent to play — do not post requests on behalf of others or as a form of harassment.
Club details shown on CourtMap are sourced from the Google Places API and provided for informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate but cannot guarantee its currency. Always verify directly with the club before visiting.
The CourtMap name, logo, and design are the property of Westminster Limited. User-generated content (bios, partner requests, and profile information) remains the property of the user, but you grant CourtMap a non-exclusive licence to display this content within the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, CourtMap is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including personal injury, property damage, disputes between users, or any consequences arising from contact information you choose to share with other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
